NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE AT CUSTOMS MAIL IN JNB!!

I have been trying to get hold of the Customs Mail Centre in Johannesburg for the last 2 days to pay and clear an urgent parcel i have been waiting for, needless to say that NO ONE, NO ONE picks up the phone, you have automated voice prompts that tell you that the agents are currently busy and will attend to you, well that i s a load of you know what!!! I am pulling my hair out trying to figure out what to do next, i have called every number i can find with absolutely no joy...if anyone out there has a solution, please let me know...
