Customs South Africa not releasing stock after being paid!

I've ordered from multiple businesses and customs in SA won't release the orders? Individuals are canceling orders with the companies they ordered from as they refuse waiting so long. With last year's lockdown these companies cannot afford cancelations! Please do something about this
