CUSTOMS SOUTH AFRICA FAILING SA CITIZENS

<p>I am totally not with how our Customs Services operates. I have had my parcel stoped since 03.10.2016 andI submitted everything that was required. Till today I have not received any feedback. My tracking number is ********** 06. The TNT courier company is just the same as customes. They dont update us on our orders. Everything is just a mess. When we call SARS they give us numbers for customs to make enquires. There is 22 different telephone number. Even if they say they are busy there is no way on earth you can call 22 different number for two consecutive weeks without anyone picking up the phone.</p>
