Customs hold parcel

Rc 030 402 229 my<br> Why has my parcel been at customs for more than a month? How is it that parcels take only a week to get to South Africa from everywhere in the world and then they're stuck for almost a month at customs here? Ridiculous.<br> I would have thought they will contact me if there was anything they need. I do not know the local tracking number and have phoned customs at *** on the 2/3/2015 and the only reply I got is that the delay is on customs side. please help. Marlene (Marnes)
