Bad Service from Customs

<p>Good day</p> <p>I have a complaint on revolting service that i received from customs. I was sent a package from Malaysia on the 29thNovember, till this day i have not received it. I dealt with 2 people namely Allison and John or Johnson on this number ********** 481 every time i phone to enquire im told by John that im irritating them and that they are busy, when i send them sms's i dont get any replies, its been a month now, and i was told to make payments amounting to R17000.00 for them to deliver which i have done yet i still dont have my package. Can some one please assist me in this regard. This is my second attempt on hello peter</p>
