Absolutely horrible customer service. No delivery of product or return of the deposit

Don't trust Rudi and Nico.. Horrible customer service. One excuse after the other eg worker cut his finger, father fell off the roof, supplier factory on fire, etc, etc. Then just no answer. Order outstanding for over 2 months since I confirmed order end Sept. Paid deposit end July. Keep being promised to receive deposit and then just nothing. Don't fall for their excuses and so called decency. I just want my deposit back.
