All I ask is my refund

I bought couch from them on August 2023 they told me to pay 1 800 for delivery the rep that was helping me never explained to me that if the truck is not full they won’t deliver to kzn Pinetown the couch was 5000 rand plus 1 800 for delivery now they keep on making lots of excuses they say I need to pay more if the rep explains everything from the beginning I wasn’t gonna buy from them I’m busy sending emails from the lady her name is puleng
