Custom Designs has not supp**** order after almost 1 year, refuses to refund

<p>I ordered a trolly for my kitchen on 10 June 2015. The item and courier costs were paid upfront as per agreement.</p> <p>Almost a year later after several emails and over 100 whattsapp messages promising completion and delivery next week, etc. (the supplier ignores all calls). There are numerous excuses e.g. that the paint needs to dry, courier is unreliable over the festive season, illness etc. Promises to deliver within a few days are never honoured. Promises to deliver have been made since October 2015. It is now May 2016, almost a year after the order was placed and paid for in full.</p> <p>The supplier does not want to refund the money either, which I have suggested on numerous occasions, interest free.</p> <p>Beware of Ibichi Custom designs!</p>
