Worst piece of furniture

The initial communication was too good to be true, edging on being quite pushy to get my money. Then comes the deafening silence, a test in patience with just enough slack to keep you hoping and praying the reviews aren't true. Trying to get the color samples for a final stain decision is a 4-5 week excursion, instead of 2 days. Yet you persevere. Then I actually received a table, within the stated 8 weeks, again being quite surprised after all the negative reviews. But oh dear... It arrived at night and the initial thoughts were wow, but I think it was more the feeling of relief. After some more inspection the next day, the finishing on the table was definitely sub-standard. The wood was not sanded properly. The frame was not painted evenly. The table was not straight. Non of the chair legs were bolted on facing correctly after they were stained. I decided that I can maybe live with all of that, fix it up a bit later, even bolted the chairs the correct way myself, but then the first crack started showing less than 3 weeks in. I was still okay, thinking that maybe it will give the table some "character", but it grew like a Labrador puppy. And then another appeared. And some pulling on the joints later on. So I tried contacting Celeste again, and this the almost like trying to communicate with aliens. You hold on to the believe that there might be a sign somewhere, somehow, but... nothing. I am still contemplating the next step, as I know anything other than letting it go is just a waste of time, and this is what they bargain on. I am sure if my table ever goes back somehow, it will be the last time seeing it. If it returns for some miraculous reason, the problems will still be there. You can't ask for quality workmanship that doesn't exist. All I can really do is help deter others from using this "business". It will eventually fizzle out after enough people are discouraged. Oh, and you will get blocked on Facebook.
