29 Mar 2023, 10:25Hi Lebo, first of all your account was also created in the last month, many of our clients are not on Hello Peter and when we ask them to review our business after their experience they register an account.
Secondly, we made you a beautiful solid wood Oak table, which you came to view and accused us of using pine wood - as it had too many "knots" - like natural wood has. We then showed you the Oak Veneer, which you loved as it was clean, no knots. You loved it and we then REMADE your table out of the veneer (free of charge, we never charged additional labour or time for this). We delivered your table and you paid the balance on delivery - this indicates acceptance of an order.
Now, you accuse us of using chip board (which its not) when the veneer was specifically what you requested - first of all, your first table was solid Oak, secondly we made the second table free of charge and you accepted it and paid the balance.
I am not sure what else we can do here and I am not sure you are even sure what you want but the reality is that natural timber has movement, you specifically ordered Oak and we have done more than what is reasonable on this project.
