Terrible service, not delivering paid for furniture

We ordered furniture and had to pay in full in February 2021. According to Celeste the lead time was 4 weeks. It is now 4 months later and we still have not received our order. They never give feedback as promised, delete my message on Facebook and blocked me. Not a good experience at all.
