Stay away from this company!

On the 12th of May I pay R17,150.00 in full for a 8 seater square table and 8 chairs. At the beginning, Custom Creations were very fast to respond and commit to making the table I wanted. I will always try support small companies first but not anymore going forward with my experience. Once payment was made (on the 12th of May 2023), there was a 6 week lead time commitment from the company. I followed up on the 7th and 12th of June to get an update on my order. I received a response from Celeste that the number had changed. There was no answer on the new number or existing until the 28th of June. I then finally got a new delivery date of the 14th of July. This was moved out to the 17th of July as I was away that weekend. The table and chairs were delivered 8pm that evening and the table still had to be unloaded, assembled and oiled. I had complained that the table was a bit wobbly and had to be oiled onsite but Celest stated it does get oiled in the factory first. No feedback on the table being wobbly.

On the 23rd of August, I noticed a small crack appearing. I have tried to msg all available numbers and call Celest but there has been no response to date. This service is absolutely atrocious! The crack is now big enough to push my finger in.

When I shared a post on FB to tell my friends to never used this company, the post was deleted and they tried to block me.

Supporting small companies should be encouraged but unfortunately dealing with one like this has killed my faith in small businesses.

A 17k ornament sits in my dining room reminding me that there are companies out there that do not give a damn about customer service! Shame on you!
