Shocking Service.
Very happy with the quality of the table and bench, however, the customer service and empty promises were absolutely shocking. A promised 4 week lead time turned into 9 weeks.

Unfortunately, like everyone else in this country, and as you were informed when you were at our premises, we were subjected to loadshedding and severe weather which affected our and our suppliers lead times and production by weeks.
That said, I am happy that you love your furniture but truly feel that this review is undeserved.
