Refund not paid and Terrible customer service

They have to be the worst company I have dealt with regarding customer service. After agreeing on a refund and not to proceed with my order in mid-2022, I have not received payment. Neither have a received a call or message to update me whatsoever in 2023, despite my efforts calling as well as physically visiting the site.
