<div>Pros: 1) They are a legitimate business 2) They will eventually deliver your order Cons: 1) They are terrible at communication (you will hear every excuse possible in this regard) 2) Your order will be excessively delayed - we received our dining table and console 6 weeks later than the originally indicated 6 to 8 weeks 3) They expect full payment upfront upon order, please do not fall for this nonsense 4) Your order will have defects (this is expected for custom work), however they will not take responsibility nor respond to your requests for feedback on the defects you point out 5) This business seems to operate on a outsourced model where your money is used for cash flow purposes and the actual work is outsourced to other people (this would explain the disconnect between ++++++ and the actual workshop)</div>
