Poor service and unreasonable lead times

Tried to support a family business during lockdown. Although very friendly and amazing work, took 8 months to deliver. 2 items were delivered only after I asked for a refund. Lots of back and forth to get them. The last item was delivered weeks later in the wrong color. When questioned was told it would be fixed in a few weeks. Now wont respond to my messages and completely ignored. Very disappointing.
