Poor customer service 😡
I ordered a tabke and chairs in December 2022 and eas told delivery will take place on the 28th of Jan 2023. The 27th of Jan i was told that they are only coming my way the 24tb of Feb so i will have to wait for my table till then😔 mind you if i hadnt made contact on the 27th to inquire about delivery time this would not have been communicated to me. Customs communication is so bad!! Be warned. I finally received my table 13th of March after serveral delivery postponements and excused by custom and also rocking up like nothing had happened. Please know that you will receive little to no communication from this company when doing business with them. The customer service skills is just as poor.

15 Mar 2023, 21:29You failed to mention here that your delivery was in Bloemfontein, while we make every effort to get our orders out ahead of schedule we do have a 10 week lead time which your partner knew when placing the order. Our units are hand made and we have severe loadshedding to deal with - we were very responsive to your communication throughout the process.

10 May 2023, 19:53Hi Tyrone, please understand that loadshedding is a real struggle for us, we do however understand that it does not affect every industry as badly as we are affected. In manufacturing and working with machines, things become almost unmanageable when there is no power. We may clear provision for this in our terms and conditions, excepted by your partner when the order was placed. Be it has it may we would appreciate a review on the product, as at the end of the day, this is what lasts. A 1 star review if you are happy with the end product is not a genuine reflection of our company.
