Paid in full and no delivery.
Ordered and paid in full for a dining room table in August 2024. It is now 28 December 2024 and we have not received our table. We get no response to calls, emails or Whatsapp messages other than the odd vague response stringing us along but not offering any confirmation that our table has even been made and no delivery date or information. Would not recommend this company.

04 Feb 2025, 10:23After sending a legal letter requesting a refund or delivery of our table by end 29 Jan 24, an extremely badly finished table was delivered unassembled on 30 Jan. The metal legs were chipped, rusted and patched. The table top was dented, scratched and splitting. We now have to send another legal letter requesting a full refund and collection of the table. Very Disappointing!

12 May 2025, 15:02Follow up to above reviews - After sending a 2nd legal letter asking for a full refund and for Custom Creation to collect their defective table, we had no reply. We have lodged a complaint with the National Consumer Commission who have verified that we have a valid case and have referred us on to the Consumer Goods and Service Ombud.
We will not stop until Custom Creation are held accountable.
