No response and pathetic after sales

<div>This company is very quick to engage with you when ordering from them however they fall off the planet when it comes to after sale support. There is a ***** loose on the table which we can't tighten by ourselves and there are patches on the table that are quite visible. Celeste assured me they would sort this out for me in the new year but now she just doesn't respond to messages and calls. My husband tried messaging her and she quickly responded thinking it's a new client then she stopped responding to him. I can't understand how a company can take your money and not ensure your customers are happy. I regret giving them any business and will not be recommending them in the future. I would like them to sort out the table immediately or take the table back and refund my money. Her not responding to messages is completely unprofessional.</div>
