No refund for chairs not delivered
Paid R14820 in April 2023 for chairs that were never delivered. Refund commitments not met. Now calls are not answered and messages not read. So disappointed with this company who is not paying back money that clearly belongs to me.

13 Jul 2023, 12:18Hi Wanda, Dave here. As explained via phone and email, these chairs were a special order from one of our suppliers. We are awaiting a refund from them and as soon as this is refunded we will refund you.

I really am reverting to this chanel purely out of extreme frustration. Please manage your supplier accordingly as I paid you, not them and the delay is unreasonable

17 Aug 2023, 07:54Another month has passed, still no refund and still messages are not responded to. Am I to believe promises about a refund or should I assume they have no intention of doing so? Either way, someone gains here and it is not the customer! I am out of pocket, with no product to show for it.

Custom Creations has not paid back the R14820 they owe me for chairs not delivered - essentially holding onto money that does not belong to them.
