IM PULLING MY HAIR OUT!
I ordered and paid in full for my dinning room table, chairs and side table on the 23rd of September 2022. They gave me a 6-8 week lead time. I stipulated that I needed the furniture before Christmas as I would be entertaining a lot.
It has now been 5 months exactly (20 weeks) and still no furniture!!! To keep it short, I have had little to no communication (I have to follow up and send multiple messages before I get any response), no answer to phone calls, when I do get a WhatsApp response the delay is blamed on load shedding, I have asked for a picture of my furniture in process for proof of progress but have had no response. Silence. I am at my wits end!!

It is however important to note that with complex pieces and some woods there were delays caused by loadshedding, this however is not an excuse for bad comms from our team. I will get to the bottom of it and revert back to you. Thanks, Dave
