If you like poor service, waiting forever and then being **** to. this is the company for you!

Firstly, as all the other 1-star reviewers have mentioned. Initial contact was positive and was promised a table within 6 weeks. We ordered a Table in December and only received it on the 14th of April. I had to ask fellow colleagues of mine if I could use their phones to contact them (as they did not answer my or my wife’s calls or texts) there were countless new dates promised but were broken. Multiple excuses made (I think they have made so many excuses(lies) that they lose track themselves). Just one example: I had been told that the table’s legs were finished only to be told a few days later that they have sent them for powder coating. The wood is good quality and upon initial inspection the table looked beautiful (I only received the table when it was already late and dark). On closer inspection however I can see this table was rushed… the joins of the wood are very visible, and it is uneven. The table underneath received no attention (very rough) (I will be sanding down the table myself and giving the wood the look, it deserves) This was not a pleasant experience. Something we were supposed to be excited about quickly turned into anger, frustration and finally regret. If it is too late for you and you have already paid for your order. My advice would be: 1) Do not believe the dates promised (you will be disappointed) 2) Be prepared for little to no contact (unless you use new numbers every time you attempt to make contact) 3) Do not be fooled by the excellent Initial customer service because it is just downhill from there. 4) You will unfortunately have to treat them like children. You will need to hound them everyday for the next few months for updates and pictures as proof of progress (you will get sick of it. But you must otherwise you will probably never get your order) 5) Expanding on “treat them as children” I will probably get a snotty reply from the owner for this post. And then they will attempt to bury this post with roughly five or six 5-star reviews from which are obviously **** accounts. 6) Continuation of “treat them as children” WHEN and IF you do get ahold of them, you will just get excuses. There is no owning their faults. They will always blame something or someone else.

I have never posted anything on hello peter before because I always want to give people the benefit of the doubt. But they have crossed the line. Do with this what you will. I have said my peace.
