Horrible experience
Worst decision I made when I decided to buy from them. Delivery was months late. Not what I ordered and wrong height! Unusable. Promises to correct but 4 months later still nothing. Save yourself the trouble and buy elsewhere.

1) The table is not unstable its too high according to your chairs (not purchased from us).
2) You are in MIDDLEBURG MPUMALANGA, and we offered to bring a lowered leg when we are delivering there again
3) You paid on delivery - so this issue was only brought to our attention later and we had to assume you would be happy as you made payment (If you were not happy surely you would not have made payment when we delivered it?)

It is not too high according to the chairs - it is too high according to any dining room table chair as it is way higher than the standard height for tables (standard hight is 760mm where your table is 820mm) - which you acknowledged, when I phoned and asked what the height of the table should be your office told me 740mm to 760mm - so please don't try the chair excuse.
3. Delivery was made after 10pm with someone from your office phoning me and insisting I need to pay immediately otherwise the delivery vehicle can't leave - I was only able to see the incorrect height the next day and contacted you immediately. You conveniently don't mention those details.
4. It has been more than 4 months since I contacted you and you said you are in this area once a month at least and frankly I don't care if you have to drive through especially for this as this is your stuff up.
5. The incorrect height stems from you fitting the table with legs that I did not order.

The communication and service was an issue from the time I paid the deposit (excellent up to that point) - struggled to get hold of anybody for updates on delivery, and then at least 5 times delivery was promised with no delivery without even letting me know, and now after delivery it is even worse.
