Frustrating and disappointing experience.

Wow! Do I regret not checking reviews on HelloPeter before placing my order and paying (in full!). They caught me with their custom offering as I needed a very specific size, were quick with communication and demanding payment but then went quiet - no replies on msg's or email enquiries. I now reimbursed my client and look like a fool in promising item delivery but no show / response from Custom Creation. Very disappointing.
