Frustating experience...

I am very frustrated at the moment. I've previously written a review on here, that has since been removed. Shortly after my review (5minutes) I heard back from them for the first time in weeks. Initially, I was not bothered by the late delivery of my order and I just wanted to get feedback from them, but now 8 weeks lead-time turned into 18 weeks. 5 weeks ago she said she will be in contact with the courier company, they have not heard from custom creation and I have tried multiple times to follow up with them since. I really don't know what to do at this point.
