DEFECTIVE TABLE
I bought a table from them more than a year ago and have been struggling since then to have a defective table replaced or refunded. Not only did they deliver a product that was a factory flop, they did not use the type of wood that was advertised. I would not advise anyone to do business with them.

20 Feb 2023, 11:50This is a blatant lie. The table arrived here with cracked planks, scratches and dirty marks. I have reported the defects to your company one day after delivery on 13 Feb. `22. Mr Naude snr, the original owner, came for an inspection and he agreed that it was a manufacture fault and said the top will be replaced. In a year it never happened. You use the excuse with all unhappy customers that it cracked in the rain, but I have all the evidence with dated photos of the unacceptable condition the table was in when it ARRIVED here. Devi from the tv show is working on this case after numerous similar complaints from the public, so expect a visit soon.

20 Feb 2023, 12:15It is simple, they delivered it 9pm at night in the dark. I notified your office the next day with photos. The cracks already became worse the first 2 weeks it was on my stoep with no rain or sun. I am finished arguing with your ********* company, see you in court.
