After persevering, I eventually and half-heartedly received an "undertaking" that the tabletop of the table I purchased would be replaced today, 9 May 2023. This after more than 8 months of struggling.

Needless to say, my e-mails requesting confirmation in this regard, as well my messages, have not been answered. This is probably due to loadshedding, which is the excuse I've been receiving since September 2022.

I caution anyone from doing business with this entity and its owner(s).

You will pay for something that you will not be satisfied with, and you will not receive any aftersales service.

I will now proceed with further action.
