Custom Creation Shocking Service.
Worst experience. Ordered a 10 seater Kiaat table and a display shelf. Table arrived with faults and excuses why not correct. Received back a few weeks later to our satisfaction. Shelf arrived the same day with several faults namely. Total out of proportion and was told that our floor was uneven. Shelf joined. ***** drilled though front of metal frame. *****s missing. And 19mm frame was used and not 25 mm as discussed as standard size. Metal frame not powder coated as discussed on purchase day. Failure to respond to my WhatsApp messages and calls and my emails. Will never recommend to use this vendor.

Table frame replaced, and as far as we know you are happy. Shelf was Never quoted as powder coated. Order has not even been paid in full. Perhaps start writing truthful reviews and not one sided lies?

28 Apr 2024, 19:56Hi. You sent an open reply to suite yourself but have not had the decency to reply to me directly when I mailed you on 9 April. Haven’t responded to calls nor WhatsApp messages. Still owe you R6300. How can u pay you if you have not delivered the goods to my satisfaction. All I am asking is to deliver the replacement display unit as previously discussed and the balance will be paid immediately. Put yourself in our position. Would you be satisfied and happy. Responsiveness and honesty is all that I expect. Kindly give me a timeframe so that we can close this discussion.
