Beware of this company! Absolutely terrible!

Please be very aware when buying from this company. I purchased a dining room table from them last year November. A short time after that I noticed that the table started splitting and warping, the *****s then started coming loose and eventually fell out. I sent numerous messages and attempted to call them over 20 times, despite my numerous attempts to contact them I am yet to receive any assistance. Their customer service is shocking, they constantly came up with excuses and when they eventually agreed months later to send someone out to evaluate the damage they never pitched. As of now, my table has split on both sides and is so severely warped that it has become practically unusable; food actually falls off the plate when placed on it. I strongly urge anyone considering their products to proceed with extreme caution.

I am in the process of opening a case against them to address this issue. Hopefully, my experience can prevent others from going through the same frustration.
