Bad Workmanship, Poor customer service

I purchased a table in April this year, which was delivered on time, however the workmanship was of a poor quality. I have tried to get Celeste to fix the issue, but she kept making promises to have the table collected, however this never happened. I contacted Miranda as well, who promised me that someone would come collect the table, but that never happened. They have subsequently blocked me of their Facebook profile and they do not answer my calls. I spent R11000, I think the least they could do is be honest and rectify the errors.
