YOU'RE GOING TO LOSE MONEY!!! BEWARE!

Dealings with Custom Couches will leave you with a long list of empty promises and if you lucky a MINOR stress ulcer. These guys dealings are so unprofessional and very *****. The salesmen are taught to provide amazing speeches and to provide incredibly comforting answers to questions but that's where it stops. They will provide you with the worst possible product and ZERO communication. If its not waiting 3 months for the product, you will receive the incorrect product that is damaged and not up to standard. I regret using this company and thanks to Custom Couches I will never support "the little guy" ever again... I am very unhappy with their product and customer service. Not that this review will help my cause but if it saves one person from going through the hassle I have, then its worth it. The owner Marco even swore at my fiance and then apologized to me and said he thought it was another customer's wife.... BEWARE OF MARCO, BRADLEY, THABANG and GREGORY and everyone in between!! (I won't disclose full names).
