Worst customer service

Custom couches in Northriding has given me the worst customer service. Bought an L shaped couch which is falling apart a few weeks in - I asked for it to be fixed or refunded and I’ve been sent from pillar to post. The owner Marco and his staff are ***** who do not follow up or answer their phones - I am enough of the level of service and incompetence I have received.
