Stay Away!!!!!

They have provided the worst possible leather couch imaginable. I actually think it takes effort to make such a low quality product. They clearly did not buy enough leather material and rather than cutting around the MASSIVE *** branding marks (or they asked the manufacturer for all the offcuts and used them all on one couch), they decided to go ahead and use those pieces throughout the couch. meaning I now have numbers, letters and a massive Mercedes symbol all over the set of couches. This is not small scratches. These are massive branding issues which they state is industry norm and what you would get at coricraft if you order genuine leather (yeah right). This is not to mention the skew stitching, the patch work in sections where they had clearly measured incorrectly and rather than using a whole new piece, they rather patched gaps up, drip stains, etc. etc. etc. I really thought it was a joke. It was that bad. I wish I could post photos here for you to see. In any case, do a google search for them and in the results with their business info click on the pictures and scroll around. i have posted them there and you will see it. It is unmistakable. The grey leather couch with big fat marks. I clearly refused to take delivery and afforded them the opportunity to fix it. They have refused to fix it unless I pay them more, and are refusing to rather return my deposit. They are quoting me their T&Cs stating that leather comes with imperfections (that is an understatement) and stating that it is my fault as this is industry standard since I selected full grain leather. Judge for yourself whether that is industry standard. They then wanted to ****** more money out of me, stating they will replace the leather if I pay 50% more. yeah right, like I am going to give them more money after this. These guys are ******* and they will be seeing me in court. Seriously stay away and warn as many as you can.
