I bought two couches from them in 2016 during the rand show, one worth R24000 a chesterfield 7 sitter with two ottomans the other worth R7500 a shape 5 sitter. The R24000 couch took a month to deliver. Once it was, I made them aware that the legs came off when you set on them and the cushions on the two single sitters. They took the cushions and said they would return with new ones and put in new legs when they return. It's 2019 March now and nothing has been ever fixed. When I visited them they apologised and promised to remedy the problem but still nothing yet. Do not trust this sham of a business, once they have your money, you will never experience customer service from them. It's a shame, I needed furniture for two restaurants I just opened up and couches worth over R500 000 ended up going to someone else, all because of bad service.
