Since August 5th 2020 I have been messed around by Custom Couches. I pay the 10% deposit get told 5 to 10 working days for my couches and still nothing. I have to follow up with the sale guy Stephen who doesn't get to a person and then ignore them flat out,

I messaged the owner and get ignored there too.

They take people's money and don't deliver the product thank goodness I didn't pay the full amount or I would have been out of pocket and never get my money back.

They are useless and a bunch of ************
