Poor Service and Poor Workmanship

Ordered chairs on the 13th of June. I was told delivery will be 2 to 4 weeks. After phone calls and e-mails I only received part of my order on the 3rd of August. The chairs were delivered covered in fluff and I had to vacuum them. The Chairs are red and everywhere on the piping was visible white glue. I did not complain and thought maybe it will come off with time. Today I received the rest of my order and the colour is wrong. I just lost it and sent it back. I phoned custom couches and told them I am not happy with the chairs and the person told me that I had the chairs for a couple of weeks and that I can't get my money back. I took photos of them and send it to them but not reaction. I will not recommend anyone to buy from them.
