Never do business with Custom Couches

My cushions went to them for reupholstering in July 2018, they reupholstered with a wrong colour without my consent and claimed the colour I chose was faded out and was no longer available. They suggested that I drive to their offices and choose another colour to reupholster both cushions and couches so that they match (at an extra cost to me), when I got there my original colour of choice was available and they claimed that the sample they showed me was from a different supplier. I refuse to pay extra because it was an error on their side. Months went on and I went to Legal Wise with the matter, Custom Couches decided to threaten me into splitting the cost with them otherwise they would start charging me rent because my couches and cushions were taking up storage space. I paid the half and was promised to have my couches and cushions back in a week. Months passed and I still didn’t have my couches back so Legal Wise advised me to take the matter to the Consumer Good and Service Ombudsman. I did this early this year, it is May this month and I still don’t have my couches and cushions back.
