Husband and wife duo tag-teams to rip-off customers

Picture this scenario, I place an order on the 25/07/2020, one couch gets delivered on the 25/08/2020 after having to fight on a daily or weekly basis for couches, being passed on from Gregory, to Robynne, to Bradley, to Marco, to Moses, to Malcolm and then still to be accused of not contacting Marco to let him know about my delay of my order. Due to my original fabric sample not being available, I chose another sample and still nothing, 2 weeks after that still no feedback. And the pièce de résistance, I get blamed for not contacting Marco and he wants to deduct 25% off my money because I've cancelled the order today (reminder original order placed 25/07/2020) because apparently "terms and conditions" are on the invoice (ps. not on the invoice, copy sent to Marco today), neither does it refer you to said "terms and conditions". So Marco, let me remind you again, I want my R4300 reimbursed in full today as per our conversation, you had until 12pm today, its now past that time. Please avoid this company at all costs, they will obfuscate responsibility, blame you the customer for not contacting them that your couches are late despite me going to their factory and shop in Deco Park, tell you your couch is being delivered on a specific day, you wait and the weekend comes and goes and no couches (I've got all the whatsapp receipts), they avoid your calls or promise someone is going to contact you, well, you'll wait for ever without that promise being fulfilled. But they'll remind you that they are business men who have been in business for a long time, like that carries any weight, how about delivering my couches on time, that carries weight. Marco, you have broken any "terms and conditions" well before I decided to cancel my order because of your non-delivery. It's not good business practice to have an order placed on the 25/07/2020 and today is the 18/09/2020, if the roles were reversed I doubt you would accept any less.
