Don't use them!!!

The worse service EVER!!! my couch was meant to be delivered yesterday and still nothing. I have been doing follow ups with them since last week and they keep saying they would call me back and they never do. The receptionist is useless and wont allow me to cancel my order and refund my money back, she wont even give me Marco's cellphone number. They running the business as if they are doing me a favor. All i want is my money back.
