DO NOT BUY !!!!

i would give 0 STARS if possible. We bought a couch from Custom Couches in Sep 2019 - from the start there were problems. first the incorrect material was used and the couch pieces did not sit properly together. i was finally delivered at the end of Dec 2019. Since March 2020 the cushions are sagging, by now there are so bad you can almost not sit on them. we have called and left numerous messages, we have emailed. calls are not returned and on the off chance of an answer we get excuses. DO NOT BUY from them - as you will be disappointed. i wish i had read all the reviews before buying from them :(
