Disgusting Couches

I had the misfortune to use the company Custom Couch to make up a couch for me. After less than 5 months I noticed the cushions were very limp. Upon unzipping the couch cushion I find the cushions are stuffed with small pieces of foam and wrapped in batting in varying degrees.There is actually no pillow. My issues were address by the owner Marco - who said I had to pay for restuffing. I express my dissatisfaction with that as the couch is under warranty ( 5 months old) and that is seems incorrectly stuffed. He put the phone down on me numerous times like a spoilt child, when I did interject ( because somehow he had confused me with another client) when I tried to tell him, he has confused me with someone else I did not call and say my cushions were to firm and asked them to remove stuffing. He said I did. He also said my guarantee and warranty was void because I opened the cushion. It’s a cushion with a zipper, my assumption is it is to be opened. When I pressed the issue that he has mistaken me for another client and all my correspondence is done via email, and if I made a call I would follow up with an email. I am a interior architect and know how to liaise with suppliers. He shouts ‘R380 to restuff cushions’ and hangs up. Firstly I find his professional behavior disgusting and rude. Secondly his products are clearly sub par.
