Custom couches - ******* and *****?

<p>We ordered a headboard from you on the 19th of December 2016 and paid in full. We were told that we would receive the headboard by the end of January 2017, but had not heard anything since the 19th of December 2016. The 12th of February I sent my first email enquiring.</p> <p>After sending this email I received a call from you on the 13th of February, the person I spoke to said that the reason no one had gotten in touch with us sooner was that both the email address and the cell phone number we had written on the invoice was wrong. I would like to note that this is a blatant lie, as we have the exact copy of the invoice and that all the details are CORRECT.</p> <p>I was promised by this person that our headboard would be delivered no later than 17 February.</p> <p>After not hearing anything from you I called again on the 20th of February and was promised high and low that I would receive a call to schedule delivery no later than Friday 24 February.</p> <p>March 2nd today and I have still not heard anything. </p>
