Custom couches *******

I contacted custom couches at the end of July to fetch my couches and to reupholster. They said it will take about a week. We were renovating at home and Marco said he will assist and keep it until house is no longer dusty. I contacted Marco to deliver and got no response. Eventually when I threatened to go to the police, he responded. He assured my my couches were ready and will deliver on Monday. Come Monday 6 September, he said there's no driver, and Thulani was not available to release it. He said only in the afternoon it will be available. My husband decided to take a drive to see if our sofas are actually there after asking them numerous times to send pics, but they never did. Upon arriving there his wife Robin was there. She refused to let us in or even hear us out. Insisting that she will deliver today at 4 and that my sofas are not yet done. We'll I tried contacting them after we left and no response... they are absolutely despicable people. ****** *******.
