if I could give a lower rating I would have. from the reviews I have seen My Bad service was actually better than others. I paid and I did receive. but that is where it ended. Worst kind of material used for cushions. seats sink in and creaks on getting out from sitting, it forms the shape of your body- hollow. and I am a lightweight. Inside the cushions they use s**** pieces of shredded stuff, either dirt or paper. no amount of appeal helped, yes they replaced the first set with a complete new set because I know Marco. but second time around, it took more than a week for all the same faults to surface. 10k down the drain. keep away from them they don't have a clue what couches should be like.
