Custom Couches or Garbage Couches

The worst service I’ve ever had. I ordered my couch in August last year. Received it in November after chasing for months. What a monstrosity. After many arguments it was taken back and I received the 2nd attempt mid December. Was promised that duck feather was going to used in the cushions but got bits and pieces of polyester. I am still waiting for the ottoman 8 months later. Paid R8000 for this because I wanted quality. Would’ve got a much better couch from China mall for half the price. I would never recommend Custom Couches to anyone. I now have to spend more money to get a decent couch.
