Custom couches incompetence

I bought a couch 4 weeks ago and was told I'd get it within 3 weeks. On the 3rd week I was told the delivery would be Thursday which I arranged some to be available for it while I was at work. On the Wednesday after 5pm I got a message from the owner saying they can't make it anymore and he'll do on Saturday which was once again a huge inconvenience. I work Saturdays and once aging had to arrange for someone to be available. It had to have arrived before 11am due to the person receiving it for me had shopping etc to do. It arrived an hour and a half late!!! When I arrived and had a look it was the wrong couch...I phoned the boss Marco once again and he said it was still on the floor and he'll exchange and deliver it on the Monday which forced me to miss a business trip. Monday came and not a call, not an answer to my calls nothing. I contacted his staff and the staff told me nothing was arranged and the couch wasn't even in production yet. Marco **** to me a 3rd time and refused to answer my calls. Today again having the same issue and I have some poor souls furniture sitting at my place that is not getting their order due to incompetence of this so called owner/boss!!! One of his staff has now told me he'll call me in the morning and somehow I don't think I'll be getting that too.

My suggestion is that if you see their Facebook and instagram advert, just scroll by and pay no attention cause you'll get no attention from them. They'll take your money and forget all about you.
