Custom Couches - Bad Service!!!!

I ordered a couch (4th December 2018) and paid 100% cash upfront and was told that delivery would be before Christmas (no precise date). Today is the 27th and no communication from them unless I initiate it, I have been sent from pillar to post about my order and what is happening. Despatch could not find any order in my name but the sales person (Stephan), receptionist (Trish) and a Marco (whom I sent POP to) could see it and acknowledged receipt thereof. The manager (Kelvin) is never in the office and I can never get any straight answers about my delivery. Very poor communication!!! and I must say service delivery. I highly doubt I will EVER buy anything from them again and will most definitely not recommend any of my friends or family.
