Custom Couches are very late in delivery of goods and bad quality

I have taken a custom couch product. In my Invoice it was mentioned that my couch should have chrome legs. Then they deliver the product with out chrome legs and the cushions were not stitched properly and the delivery was late which was sent via email as they didnt reach their promised date after contacting them. Then I have phoned them again to tell me when they will come and install the chrome legs for my couch. I was informed that they will come and i had to constantly phone them to know when they will come and install. Eventually they come and install the chrome legs when we informed them that they can come and collect the couch and refund my money. During the installation of chrome legs i have handed over the cushions to be replaced because of the bad stitching quality. I have phoned them after two weeks to find out if i am going to get my cushions or not. I was informed that they will call me back and till date no call is received and when i try to phone them it either goes to voice mail or the phone doesnt ring. I am really frustrated with the services of this business.
