Custom couches

My hubby and I went into the store based at Decor park which trades under the name Contemporary Living. Upon entrance we where amazed by their great designs, little did we know that are big ********. The sales person that attended to us was Moses. He had placed our order for our couches and stated that if we put a big deposit down towards the couches we will have our order expedited and will recieve our couches before the end of the 2nd week of december. Till today we have not recieved our couches. When ai had called their store the response that I got from Moses was that he doesnt know when the couches will be ready as all the staff cannot get a hold of Marco, the so called director of the Company. Moses has no manners, morals or work ethic. I eventually had to get a hold of Marco after numerous attempts and Marco said that I must pay the remaining amount and he will slot my delivery for the 12 December 2020 as my couches were ready. Come 12 december the delivery guys calls to say he cant deliver apathetickie is broken. Rude as ever and then ignored my calls and we never heard back. So on Monday 14th December I called the store back only to have more lies be told to me. So my hubby decided to go to their factory only to find out that our couches we not even made. Marco Pereira, Moses,Thabang, Thulani and Robyn Pereira are the biggest ******** and *******. We had paid R11 000 in full and to date no couches have been made yet Marco **** and said the couches were ready for delivery yet when we went to the factory no couches were made. Do not purchase from this company. A bunch of idiots. We will be taking legal action due to failure to deliver any goods at all on the agreed date and for providing false information. They do not return phone calls and most of their numbers are always offm pathetica service and biggest con artists. Stay away from this business!!!!! Biggest ********. They take your money and you never hear from them again. All their contact numbers go to voice mail.We had even gone into the store to enquire about the couches and Marco just gave us bull**** stories. His staff Thabang and Moses were to scared to even speak up yet they were at the factory with my hubby and told us no couches have been made but Marco continued to just lie. These are horrible people that ***** peoples money. Very dishonest and disrespectful individuals and their showroom goes under the name Contemporary living in Decor park. Do not go into that store as it is a ****. Rather take your money to a legit reputable business as you will not get any couches you will just be left without money.
