Bad service and goods overall

Contacted them on the Saturday about the delivery. Eventually it gets delivered. After the delivery man leaves. I do a furthur inspection on the couches and find that the ottoman is torn at the bottom. The couch has a mark where the rope fastened it and the pillow is poorly finished off with thread hanging out. I contact them which under furthur instruction was told to email them and wait for a response. Wednesday I contact them again and ask to speak to there manager. His not available the person tells me but he will contact me back. Im still waiting. It's been a week. They just take your money this company. No after sales service. Wont recommend them to anyone.
